Your personal data will be processed in Gramet’s IT systems in the scope of preparing offers to establish legal relations and legal activities related thereto, including commercial and employment activities, their copies and archiving, and implementation of the legally justified interests of the Administrator.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of negotiations, negotiations, arrangements, legal relations, including the validity of contracts, and later, i.e. until the expiry of the limitation period for possible claims arising from legal relations, including contracts and other legal actions, in connection with the implementation of the archiving obligation.
  5. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
  6. You have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to transfer data.
  7. We would like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint about data processing with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. We would like to inform you that the recipient of your personal data will be:
    a) entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, participating in the performance of the Administrator’s activities:
    I. suppliers of IT systems and IT services;
    II. entities providing the Administrator with advisory, consulting, auditing, training, organizational, legal, tax and accounting services;
    III. entities providing the Administrator with services in the field of workplace safety and security;
    b) other administrators processing data on their own behalf:
    I. entities cooperating with the Administrator in IT management – to the extent that they become data administrators;
    II. Gramet’s contractors – to the extent necessary to perform contracts concluded by the Administrator;
    III. entities conducting postal or courier activities;
    IV. entities cooperating with the Administrator in handling accounting, tax and legal matters – to the extent that they become the data administrator;
    V. entities providing telecommunications services;
    c) authorities authorized to receive your data on the basis of legal provisions.
  9. We would like to inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  10. We would like to inform you that your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be used for profiling.
